Adjusting UPVC door

Hi folks.

Can anyone tell me what specific kind of hinge is and how to adjust it please? The whole door needs to be raised a few mm relative to the frame and the top of the door needs to tip inwards towards the frame.

Look at the 3 pins that go into the door, the centre one has a hex on it, you need a very thin spanner, either grind one down thinner or try on of those flat spanners you get with a bike that covers every size, they are the best hinges because of that but it is what it is. Also loosen the two tiny grub screws and with an allen key turn the hinge pin, it my be cranked inside which would move the door sideways
