We have a 1970s house with cavity walls (have cavity filling). One of our rooms is VERY cold (it has 2 external walls and a flat roof). We live in a conservation area, so I think external insulation would look really odd (we would be the only house anywhere nearby that would have it). I was wondering about internal insulation, but have been reading stories about damp, etc. Would internal insulation be possible, or is it even a good idea?
Thanks
