Advice needed for cleaning stained pebbledash

Hi,

I have tried to clean my parents pebbledash house twice now with sodium hypochlorite but the black/yellow/green/red stains have not come off.

Honestly it is looking as bad as ever.

Any recommendations as to what solution I can use that will work please?
