Advice needed on bathroom shower hose leak

Hey DIY forum!

I am new here and need some advice on how to fix a leaking shower hose as shown in the attached picture and in the video available here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1d954dZNtqt6VNrKvwAbjDYhN9zshC2Ta/view?usp=sharing

Can it be repaired or is it more a case of replacing the shower hose?

Any advice would be very welcome.

I really appreciate any help you guys can provide.

Check rubber is inside.
It's a thick black rubber.

I have had to fit two rubbers in the the past to pack out because of size fitting differences and it not tightening up enough and leaking like your video.

DIY stores sell the rubbers
