Advice needed on electrical pass through connection for outdoor TV stand

A quick question if I may. I am hoping to build a wheeled stand with sides and a lid concealing a TV on a motorised lift stand for use outdoors. The wheeled stand will give me the ability to move the TV to different locations and I plan to construct it such that the unit will be protected from the elements.

The issue I have is powering it. Both the TV and the motorised stand will require power. I have various outdoor electrical sockets dotted around the garden and a strong outdoor wifi signal.

I am trying to figure out the most efficient way of connecting the equipment to power. Ideally I’d like a weatherproof outer socket, such that I could run a lead from a nearby location which in turn would then power the two devices inside the unit. It is important to me that the unit is completely sealed when not in use so any socket/mount on the side of the stand unit would need to be a nice tight fit.

Any ideas and inspiration greatly appreciated.

If all is class II then no problem, however be aware there is a problem with class I items (have an earth wire) outside the equal-potential zone we have in our homes when using a TN-C-S supply. Caravans, boats, filling stations are not permitted a TN-C-S supply due to the danger if there is a loss of PEN, and EV charging points have special arrangements to disconnect all, which includes the earth wires if there is a loss of PEN. You may need a TT supply?

Thanks, but this is all over my head I’m afraid. I am effectively looking to hook up an outdoor tv to an external plug socket, but due to the natures of my plan to contain it within a moveable wooden box/cart, I’m looking for a convenient way to connect it to power via an external connection.

If you are able to help explain the relevance of the above in my context I would be grateful.
