Advice on CCTV system needed

Hi all

My house was broken into in broad daylight yesterday, so looking to fit some cameras up

Can anon recommend any decent night/day waterproof cameras?

Want to hook it up to a dvr with a he'd and network capabilities

Dude, you're wasting your time...and breaking the rules touting on here.

Last one would be my recommendation, the others can give some pointers too.

Use the search system on here for day/night domes...lots of problems with IR halo, even on high end domes...if you need ir, then i would be looking at separate emitters or other lighting.

Just something to think about, camera will only record the event. If you were out for the day they could have a proper nose around.

It should be coupled with an alarm as the alarm will deter/create attraction to the building if activated.

I do have an alarm fitted as well, want the cameras as extra security
