Advice on changing flat roof

Im hoping someone can give me some direction on my old flat roof...
It needs replacing and want to do it myself as Im big on DIY and learning new things.
I want to change it to a "warm roof" but im not sure of the exact process / build or how to waterproof the kingspan board??? any advice or an idiots guide would be great. its a gentle slop flat roof, approx 8ft wide, 9 foot deep
