I am installing underfloor heating in my Flat. The floor structure is PC Beam & Pot with plasterboard on battens to the soffit, over an open Carport.
The Beam & Pot is fairly uneven so Latex Screeding is advisable.
There is room for 50mm insulation + 15mm Exp Polystyrene with embedded heating pipes + 18 - 20mm Flooring.
The questions are:what should the insulation be, dense Expanded Polystyrene or Rockwool 'Rockfloor'.
what should the floor be, FG T&G Chipboard or T&G (is there such a thing?) Plywood.
