Advice on Honeywell room stat.

After my topic Light On Room Stat last week I have decided to fit a better room stat,To cut out the Peak`s and Trough`s of the T6360B
using existing wiring 3 core and earth preferable with night setback on a Y Plan with Ideal Logic+ Heat only and Weather Compensation.
Which stat would be best for our needs both retired.

Yup!

We are retired an have a Honeywell CM907 and have not looked back since I fitted it.

A slightly cheaper option, as you are retired, would be the CM901, which is programmable for a 24 hour cycle, whereas the 907 is programmable for 7 separate days.
I have coined a phrase, since I retired:"Every night is a Friday night, every day is a Saturday." You might not need the 7 day flexibility of the 907.
