Advice on kitchen/diner layour for sound / TV

Hi guys, can I get a recommendation for a suitable system for the below plan. The extention is built and is getting plastered soon so now is the time to get and wiring installed.

Any suggested systems?

Wife would also like to connect her phone to the system to play music.

Hmm.. big space with lots of hard surfaces so quite reverberant. That's a bit of a challenge for a major sound system.

Do you want to spend smart speaker money or home theatre money?

Do you have anywhere that can be used as an A.V. hub point (houses amps and control gear) or do you want minimal gear?

How do you plan to run signal to the TV?
