Dear all,
I am refurbishing a kitchen wall which needed a fresh lick of paint, however when removing the radiator and stripping wallpaper, I noted the bottom section of the wall has been panelled with plywood (6mm or so) as you an see from the attached.
I will eventually want the plywood to be indistinguishable from the rest of the wall / painted finish.
So far, I’ve been toying with these ideas:
1. Fill cracks / sand / paint with undercoat + emulsion
2. Lining paper + emulsion as normal
Any other approach you can suggest, highly appreciated. Please note removing the plywood is not an option at this stage.
P.s. take into account the right side of the wall will be finish with plaster as normal.
Thanks
