Hi to all
My mother has an outhouse which is a single skin block wall that is often slightly damp ,,it can also get wet ,it houses the laundry etc
I want to revamp this area and do not want to get ripped off ,it is a small area approx 9 feet by 5f, i have read about membranes and then plastering over or maybe paint and then putting plasterboard
any advice would be appreciated
Thanks

Hi henry8

If you want a good proper damproof room then "tank it" , you can then tile over an have a very nice laundry area..... or it may JUST need a heater in there to keep the damp out ,
hope this helps you :)
