Hello,
Before I started my wiring project outside, I wanted to find out what would be the best method of running wires on my external wall in terms of future maintenance and aesthetics? I'm planning on running numerous Ethernet, coaxial and CCTV wiring; not any electrical power cables.
I believe I need to observe the following:
-Easy to use when pushing wires through (if you recommend pipe trunking)
-Easy to remove and replace wires in future
-Waterproof/weatherproof/rodent-proof
-Not an eyesore
-Clean (such as junction boxes)
-Easy to install without specialist equipment (such as pipe-bender etc)
-Easy to obtain (e.g. Toolstation, Screwfix, Amazon etc)
If there are any wise tips you could share from experience on what pitfalls to avoid, that would be useful too
