Hi,
I am having a new bathroom fitted and am concerned that my new combi boiler will not provide a very powerful shower. The reason i say this is because when i run the hot tap in the bath, the pressure is ok. however, when i turn on the cold as well the hot water pressure drops and i am worried that i may not get a very good shower with my new mixer shower.
I have been contemplating using a redundant cold water storage tank in the loft to supply the cold water to the shower taking away the dropping pressure on the hot when the cold is running simultaneously.
Does anybody know if this will work?
