AEG 1600 washing machine - No spin

I've got a washing machine that's had hardly any use, that's just over 2 years old. And now it doesn't want to do the spin cycle.

The drum turns but no spin at 1600 or 800.

I've checked the filter and it was completely clean.

I'm very disappointed as its had so little use and virtually new

Is it a common problem ? Any clues I can check if I have to open it myself?

I guess I will have to ring them up and express my frustrations.

I will try and find the model number.

It finally decided to do a 800 spin.

I then programmed a 1600 spin which it did too.

Have to see what happens with it.
