Hi
The machine is 5 years old. When put on a wash program it just keeps washing without progressing to the next phase. The timer counts down then holds. Water and soap enter the machine OK. I have a feeling the water is not heating (glass in door does not seem to heat up much) although plugging the machine into one of those monitor devices show a current of 10amps or so for a while.
I then have to stop the machine. Set a short spin. Switch off, then set a rinse programme to finish the washing. Any ideas?!
