AEG oko Lavamat 74630 pump

hi can anyone help ?

I have an AEG OKO Lavamat 74630 - the pump is not working - a rattling sort of grinding noise suggest something blocking the pump. I have cleaned pump filter but the machine will still not empty - error code E20 is displayed ...

my problem is .. how do I get to the pump ? there's a metal floor in the machine .

any help would be much appreciated

If I remember correctly the whole front of the machine comes off.

Thanks - that makes sense - I don't suppose you know how it comes off ?

Some bolts or screws at the bottom and one in the dispenser and one behind the facia I think.
