Help! Went to take the washing out and the drum was full of water. So undid white thing at bottom front and all the water came out (!) and so did a load of wet tissues. Cleared that up and screwed it back up. Went to spin wet washing and nothing. The drum is stuck and wont go round even by hand. I have taken the back off and the belt looks fine but I can't seem to get the top off and what do I look for when it is off? Thank you so much for advice. Yours, surrounded by water and wet washing!

I cant help you with how to fix the fault. However having just tried to fix my AEG washing machine the top slides backwards. If you undo the screws at the rear the top slides from front to back giving access to the drum. This also enables you to unscrew the control panel.
