Age of British Gas 330 (Glow-worm) boiler?

We service the boiler at least bi-annually, it's had a few parts replaced over the years. I feel like it's time to start budgeting for a replacement as it looks a bit old.

I've never known the age of it, it came with our house back in 2018, with no paperwork. Took a photo of the ID label under the front cover today, but still can't suss it out. Can anyone help?

They were made from 2008 onwards - so could potentially be 16yrs old. No reason not to gather a fund to replace, always a good policy but wouldn't go binning it yet until it starts to cost you money to maintain.

glow worm are vaillants so if bar code works same way then 3rd and 4th numbers are the year so 05 and 5th and 6th numbers are the week 03
the 05 also matches the bg serial number

Thanks, to confirm, I got in contact with glow worm, who promptly replied with:

The boiler was made in 2005, week 22 of that year (end May of/start June)

From the flexicom onwards they use the same dating convention, but this is an old HXI equivalent so was worked out differently.
