I want to put a wetroom coming off the bedroom in a flat I'm renovating. I know that the waste disposal is covered by building regs and I can get that plumbed up to the waste pipe okay, but how about the extractor fan. I'm presuming that building regs will state I need one, which will then have to be ducted through the loft to an external wall. Is this correct?
