Air in one upstairs radiator

Since having a new boiler fitted (Potterton 60), one of my four upstairs radiators need bleeding every 5-6 days. All the rest of the radiators in the house are fine. I have checked the header tank, that is half full and bled the pump (Grundfos Selectric), found no air. The boiler is upstairs and higher than all radiators. Any clues please,
