AIR IN RADS

I get air in the same two rads overand over again ,both are upstairs rads and its always the same two ,non of the others upsatirs or down stairs are affected .
I am having to bleed them every couple of days which is a pain in the arse so any suggestions as to (a)the cause and (b) a cure would be appreciated .

Check the water level in the tank. Should be 4 inches approx cold.

Not enough water will draw in the air.

Cheers if thats the case though whats the cure , i assume the water is controlled by a ball valve ? what do i do if enoughs not getting in ?

Fix the ball valve.
