Air Lock in the System?

Hi,

When trying to refit a radiator, I managed to damage the copper pipe which meant I had to drain the heating system so that I could repair it. After repairing the pipe and turning on the water again to refill the system, some radiators no longer work - im guessing I have introduced an air lock somewhere. Ive tried leaving the system on for a while to flush the air round - but no joy. All the rads are full of water so bleeding doesnt help.

How do I get the air out of the system? Do I need to drain the system and refill again? How do I make sure I dont get an air lock again?

Turn all the rads off except one of those that is not heating and the pump should force the air through it and out after that one gets hot turn it off and move onto the next one.
Then have just the ones that where not working on together for a while before turning everything else back on
