air raid shelter - how to remove

A house i have brought to do up has what I think is an air raid shelter. THe previous owner has taken it apart and converted it into a garage. The middle of the roof is corogated plastic while the metal air raid sides are buried in concrete. Whats the best way to remove. See pic..

Send the Jerries in
Or cut it up in to manageable pieces, using an angle grinder with a metal cutting disc. Then off to the scrapers with it. Plastic to local tip.
Then a breaker for the concrete.
