I have a 1940's Airey house (the one with overlapping concrete slabs) and have an outhouse which has had a glass fibre roof which attaches to the side of the house. Water comes in in various places where the roof attaches to the wall. The roofers (The Glass Fibre Roofing Company, Caerphilly who were excellent) who did the roof reckon that the only way to stop water ingress is to have the side wall rendered. Does anyone know of an alternative to the render option? I have added a pic of a typical end wall (not mine but similar).
Thanks
