airlocked system ?

Hi .... I am having a problem with the hot water tap in my bath. I am not getting any water through when I turn on the tap, but when I turn on the kitchen hot water tap the bath tap starts running ?????

what type of tap is it and when was it fitted?
anything been done the the plumbing recently?

just a normal tap not a mixer tap fitted roughly 10 years, no plumbing done ..... sorry it's the bathroom washbasin tap that makes the bath tap run not the kitchen tap dooooh 1
