Alarm upgrade

My faulty Paragon Super 2 alarm is in need of upgrading. The PIRs and cabling is usable and only the panel and keypad need replacement. I have been considering either a Castle Euro 46 or Honeywell flex 20 panel and I would like the alarm to call me or text if the alarm is triggered etc, can this be done by using the Castle DigiModem and a domestic telephone line.

If you want to go the Galaxy route, go for a Dimension and avoid the Flex. Go the IP route for signaling. The Flex panels still have firmware issues when connecting to IP. PM me if you want to discuss. I cannot advise on the Castle route though.

The galaxy dimension sounds exspensive but probably better. I have sent you a PM I think.
