all the way to the floor bath waste fitting

Hi,
I am looking at 'all the way to the floor' baths on the internet. Can anyone explain how you go about fitting the waste under the bath? Do you need to buy a waste that you can secure from above, a bit like a shower waste? The only way I can see of fitting a conventional waste is to lift the bath off the floor, fit the waste and then lower the bath again. There is no access to the underside of the bath once it is in place.

How do you intend to run the waste pipes? I'd personally not go near any of these baths, they are far too much hassle to fit and when things do go wrong down the line, and at some point over the next few years they will, trying to repair it will be a nightmare.
