You cannot include photos etc directly in your posts, but you can get an in-line image to appear by putting it on a website, putting the URL of it in your message between [ img ] [ /img ].

If you don't have your own webspace to use, or you don't want to use it, there are loads of free image-hosting websites on the internet - just go to one, upload the image, copy the URL, paste it into your post here, highlight it and click the Img button.

The hosting site I use is http://imagehost.darkernet.co.uk , but there are lots of others.
