Alpha 240e combi boiler, all hot taps except one working

My Alpha 240e combi boiler seems to work absolutely fine.

It's been recently serviced and provides excellent heating for the radiators and piping, consistently hot water from 2 out of 3 of the hot taps in the house. Kitchen hot tap: fine, Bathroom basin hot tap: fine. Bathroom bath tap (and consequently the shower, just a simple mixer), water doesn't get hot and then runs cold. The boiler runs when any of the taps are open.

This has just started happening. What on earth could cause such a ridiculously unlikely scenario????

the boiler dosen't know what tap its heating the water for. so try reducing the flow of water which should kepp it at a good temp. also the mixer could be faulty.
