Alpha 240p problem

hi chaps i am having problem with the alpha 240p when i run a bath the CH comes on i have set the boiler to HW only but the CH still comes on any ideas please

Strip it down and repair (kit available). Don't hit it with a hammer - you may create water and gas leaks.

Just wanted to ask as have the exact same problem and have changed the dhw diaphragm already where can I get the primary flow valve repair kit??????? And What is in the kit please kind sir.
