I have recently had installed an Alpha CD28C Combi boiler with an easy-stat 6.1000250 programmer. All is great except I cannot see how to alter the times in Pd, temperatures yes, no problem. Whether I am not reading the instructions correctly or what I do not know. Can anyone help?

Hi
I,ve got something similar, I think that when setting in pd, you press the - (minus) button until the time is required for the heating to come on, then press the +(plus) for the time that you want the heating on. Each press will advance the clock for 30 minutes. When you want the heating to go off press the - (minus) button again . For example heating to come on at 4am until 6am. The clock starts at 12am so press minus 8 times and then when the clock reads 4am press plus 4 times until the clock reads 6am. Then press minus again until you next require the heating on. When the heating is due on there should be a couple of black bars under the times (4am until 6am) to show you that the heating will come on. Bit long winded but dead easy

Many thanks I will give it a go, it seems simple when you know how! Though I do think the instruction book could be abit more informative.
