Alpha cb 33

I am working on an Alpha cb 33 boiler and the CH comes on when only the HW switched on i have just replaced the diverter valve assembly because of a leak but the main problem still persists any help will be gratefully recieved

hw flow switch, ch controls calling for heat? what have ya checked?

Thermostat clicks when turned up calls for heat but still continues to heat up when turned right down.
i dont understand why the heat is still going round the system when boiler is swictched to HW only though

have ya fitted the flow switch correctly? take it back off and check if the boiler switch's off wen ya press the white pin in

yes tried that and it does .....

so it operates correctly wen removed from the diverter valve? would of thought the flow switch is at fault if ya have already replaced the diverter, is it worn/loose? try pushing down on the switch and see if it operates correctly
