Hi all,
I have an Alpha CB24X boiler that is losing pressure very slowly - I would estimate that it drops by about half a bar over the course of a week. As long as I keep topping up the pressure, it works perfectly.
From reading around on this site and others, it seems like there could be quite a few potential explanations:
- not enough air in pressure vessel
- PRV is stuck open
- leak of some kind
etc.
Could anybody advise me on the best order to troubleshoot these in - presumably it's a good idea to rule out all other possibilities before I start digging around under the floorboards looking for a leak!
Thanks,
Martin
