Alpha CB28 red light help

My Alpha CB28 boiler suddenly stopped working without warning. It showed a red light (A), so I tried resetting it as instructed on boiler panel. It worked for about 5 seconds, then stopped and showed the red light again. I have tried several times, but no luck. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.

Not really. My issue is a little different. My boiler was working fine, and suddenly stopped. That post says"A constant red neon (A) will usually indicate a flame failure - the boiler has failed to ignite and has locked out" but when I reset it, I can hear that the boiler does ignite. It just turns off again very quickly, after a few seconds.
