You sure it isnt the heating pr valve?
I suspect the DHW prv as the boiler plan
shows the Tundish serving these valves and
there is no sign of water when the heating is on
and the hot water is not in use ? with the cover
off its difficult to see any discharge. this made
me ask can I get to these parts easily.
