I have the above boiler in a 2 bed flat with 5 Rads all with TRVs apart from the rad in the bathroom. There is no room thermostat attached to this combi.
I still have loud noise from the largest rads as the TRVs shut down, but the pump still pushes the water through the system. I thought with the bathroom rad having no TRV it would provide adequate bypass.
Is there any way to relieve the problem, or do I need to get a plumber to fit an auto bypass valve?
Can turning down the temp of the heating at the boiler help?
If a plumber is needed, how much would I be expected to pay? (I've called the original installer as I also wanted a service, but he didn't return my call - I'm guessing it's too small a job and he's more interested in full installs). I'm in Brighton.
Many thanks
