Alphe 240 eco keeps cutting out on DHW

Hi All

I have a Alpha 240e combi in a bungalow. When I run the hot water into the kitchen sink next to the boiler it behaves fine. But if I try to run a bath in the bathroom about 15 feet away the boiler keeps going out then reigniting and trying again. We have to put the kitchen hot tap on trickle to stop it cutting out and be able to run a bath. Any ideeas on what this could be?

Thanks fr the reply. Looking at the manual these are held in place by two bolts and have 4 sealing rings. So if I put a new one in it should be a straightforward job or are they typically a nightmare?

straightforward, isolate and drain boiler only. protect electrical items esp. PCB with towels or clingfilm from dribbles or splash,s. swop part, washers should be changed for new , thats up to you.
keep old part,clean with acid/spirits of salt and store ready for use.
by changing the part you are not curing the dirt problem in your system, just eliminating one of the problems the dirt has caused
