We have a playhouse which is partly under a tree.
Current roof is felt covered OSB3 which has badly rotted after a few years.
I need to re-roof, and would like an alternative to felt.
Preferably a coating, so is something like a brush on roof seal appropriate?
Any suggestions would be welcome.
