Am I doing this right? 2 gang dim light switch wiring

Am I doing this right. Opened up to find the red wire on the right disconnected. From left to right L1, L2, COM, Com, L2

The black wire has broken off, but the lights are working. What do I do?

That's quite a mess. I would recommend calling an electrician.

The red wire goes in with the brown, live feed in.
Strip the black back about 10mm and insert into the middle terminal.
Isolate the electrical supply before doing this!!

Don't forget to earth the metal plate.
