While the washer is filling it is also draining. checked the drain hose and made sure at proper height. checked other cycles on machine seems to only do this on regular cycle. could this be the timer going out???
Besides the correct height of the drain hose, check to make sure you do not have a tight fit if you have it going into a drain pipe. The drain hose needs air or the water will just syphon out down the drain.
