We're looking to install a new thermostatic mixer shower in our shower-room on the ground floor. We have a traditional gravity-fed system: the cold water tank is in the loft, as is the hot water cylinder (from where the hot supply will be fed). We have not measured the pressure as such but it seems fine for a UK market low pressure shower mixer.
We have looked at Aqualisa Aquavalve 609, Grohe Avensys and a few others but have also come across the Amber range at http://www.ultra-group.co.uk. The Amber showers are relatively inexpensive but we haven't been able to view the range in person anywhere, indeed the suppliers we have spoken to have for the most part not heard of the Amber range. Does anyone have any experience of them?
Thanks in advance for your help.
