Does anyone know if I make a change from my submitted drawing to the council and pay the ammendment fee @ £30 then this will cover me for any future changes or should I make all my changes I want carried out then submitt a new drawing. The reason for this is my house is a timber framed kit house and I don't think my architect has fully understood its construction. My builder has questioned a few of his ideas and this is the builder who built them, although that was 9 years ago.
