Probably. He gets on my tits too. What’s so special about Mancs anyway - why should they get more than others put on tier 3?

I can't understand why Cumming's office didn't sort all this out during the consultation and decision process with Manchester.

They did consult, didn't they?

Or did Manchester's elected representatives hear about it on the News?

Must admit I quite like the bloke tbh

As to what he is about

Who knows but what would Johnson's stance have been if he was the London mayor at this time

Hmmm

Hello, what's this?

"“In ten years in Parliament I’ve never seen anything like this. MPs are on a call with the Health Secretary being told Greater Manchester is getting only £22m while our Mayor is at a press conference being told by the media. This is bad faith, it’s immoral – just disgraceful.”"

And this?

"Meanwhile, Liverpool City Region's metro mayor Steve Rotherham announced his area will receive an additional £44m from the government to "support local jobs and businesses" and fund a local test-and-trace service after its move to tier three - very high.

"A similar package worth £42m was given to local leaders in Lancashire as part of negotiations over its move to the highest alert level."

And this?

"But Christian Wakeford, the Conservative MP for Bury South, tweeted to say the intervention was "neither wanted nor helpful".

James Daly, MP for Bury North, described the letter as "deeply disappointing... unnecessary and ill-advised".

Chris Green, the MP for Bolton West who resigned as a ministerial aide over coronavirus restrictions, said the letter was a "No 10 approved communication".

And fellow Conservative William Wragg, MP for Hazel Grove in Greater Manchester, suggested colleagues focus on their own constituencies and asked for "time and space" to work on improving the situation in Greater Manchester."

Funny, I thought Mottie was trying to suggest it was just Labour moaning.

I've had a grudging respect for him as Mayor, definitely better than Khan in London. Today he had the opportunity to walk away with a victory but overplayed his hand and made a political victory more important than the safety of the citizens of Manchester.

£65m for Manchester - Boris says no. But £110m for non delivery of PPE - Bojo says yes.

If you want areas to go to Tier 3 then support them.

Norther Labour voters who voted for Bojo - what did you expect?

Yes but why should the people in Greater Manchester get more money per head than those in Liverpool and Lancashire?

Has Doris shown you the calculation formula?

has he shown it to Andy?

Does Doris even know what it is?

Has he tried to explain it?

Andy Burnham is a tit.

He is simply arguing for more of the national debt to be allocated to him. (Socialism)

It's all academic though; this "pandemic" is a myth / hoax / chimera / load of *******s / etc.
