Annoying dripping noise☹️

Hi guys ..outside my bedroom on ground floor there's a drain pipe from roof guttering. When it rains I can hear tap..tap..tap..tap noise. Like water is dripping onto plastic window cill..went outside no leaks or drips..closer inspection I noticed sound is inside drain pipe.. so I'm thinking possibly drainpipe along roof tiles is blocked or has crsp built up before it comes down the drainpipe..which is causing water not to flow properly, hence creating a kind of ledge where water is dripping and hitting bottom of drain pipe...so before I get the ladder out am I overthinking this ? What u guys think..really annoying when trying to sleep

Can you easily reach the top of the drainpipe, to run a hose down it?

I can probably push a hose down it just about ..would mean climbing nearly all the way up the ladder with about 3 rungs left, reach up and push Jose pipe down ..I have a really long hose pipe ..
