I know one should get an Amtico specialist to lay down their floors - however I have just had someone (general builder) put down their "wood" and it seems fine. I used a product over the old floor boards and under the Amtico called Jump** ( don't want to advertise) which is marketed by an ex- Amtico fitter and it is for vinyl flooring and is also acoustic.
I have now to put down one of their "stone" range in a small bathroom and I also bought "strips" to go with them - but how are the strips laid down? They give the effect of grout - but seem very fiddly as they are so narrow. I was only supplied with one kind of adhesive for both tiles and strips.
I really do not have room for 2 people working on same bathroom - so want one person ( not an Amtico expert) to go all work.
Any advice? Thanks
