Hi there, I currently have a Stanley range boiler that does my central heating and hot water (tank). My heating is controlled by a Center room thermostat linked to a BDR91 relay box for the heating only. I want to change this to a hive receiver so I can control it remotely via the app. I have read a few forums and the wiring looks fairly simple but it appears as though there are a couple of alternative solutions. I attach a picture of my current wiring and the diagram plus the wiring diagram for a single channel hive system. I would be grateful for some advice on how to move the wiring across.
Thanks

From BDR91 to single channel Hive

L -> L
N -> N
A -> 1
B -> 3

As you have no links between terminals on the BDR91 there should be none on Hive. You may have seen comments in other posts to link L & 1 on Hive, in your case that should NOT be done.

I would recommend you tidy up the loose threads on the cores, best they do not touch each other.

Thanks Ian1182 for the feedback. It was the link that I wasn’t sure about. And I’ll tidy up the stray wires when I redo it.
