Another Flat roof Insulation quiery

Hi Guys,

I have two areas of flat roofing on an extension. One area is also a balcony for a 1st floor room.

The drawing build up on top of the ground floor joists is;

18mm board/126mm (Joists & Insulation)/firings up-to 50mm/18mm board/Sealoflex coating.

There is no mention of ventilation, and presumably this isn't a cold or a warm roof, Any design suggestions or advice out there that I could look into?

I have a BCO coming at the end of the week, and I'm hoping to have a bit of research done before he/she turns up.

Do you have specific questions? Your post/description of the roof make-up is not clear. Are these built yet?
