About to start a patio project and am just at the stage of working it all out
There is an existing downpipe and gully leading to soakaway, which I will put the slabs around. Problem is the level of the gully is slightly (maybe 5cm) below the level the patio is going to be. So I'm trying to get my head around how to do this.
I'm thinking something like this
http://www.morgansupplies.co.uk/edging-walling/concrete-gulley-surround/
to protect the gully and allow the level to be built up around it.
Does that sound like a plan? or is there a better way?
Many thanks!
