I know Artex is a brand name but is synonymous with textured coatings so I use the name artex to represent that.
My problem is crumbling "artex" because of water damage, scraped off the flaking stuff (damped down as it's quite old) and now requires patching up. It doesn't have to be a work of art but, the walls are slightly damp - nothing I can do about that, but I don't want to put artex on and have to wait 3-5 days to dry, no electrics either for heaters to run.
So are there any fast setting artex (textured coatings) alternatives?
TIA
